Properties can be acquired vacant, requiring modernisation or new build vacant, and can be acquired on an individual or portfolio basis from private, corporate and institutional vendors.

Our investment aim is to seek attractive medium to long term capital growth and immediate rental income.

We are a long term ‘holder’ and ‘cyclical investor’ in residential property, choosing to sell a modest percentage of our property and adding significantly to our residential assets during a market ‘downturn’.
