We hold major property auction sales throughout the year and each auction sale usually comprises in the region of 100 lots and every auction is a collective sale of a complete mix of property types ranging from large commercial investment properties and residential investment portfolios to individual residential properties, run down and dilapidated commercial and residential properties as well as land and development sites, offering development potential, with or without planning consent.

Immediate Exchange of Contracts
Contracts are deemed to have been exchanged unconditionally with the successful bidder on the fall of the gavel.

Best Price Achieved
By selling a property at auction in a well advertised and effectively marketed public sale designed to ensure keen interest and competitive bidding it can be clearly demonstrated that every effort has been made to ensure that the highest price is achieved for a given property in the prevailing market at the time.

Fixed Completion Date
The usual time scale for completion of a property sold at auction is 28 days from the auction date although a vendor can choose a much quicker or much longer completion period if they so wish but the big advantage to all parties concerned is that a pre-determined completion date is known at the outset.

Wide Geographical Cover
Our auctions cover a wide geographical spread and although we don't quite cover Lands End to John O-Groats, we regularly sell property throughout England & Wales.

Funding already in place
Auction purchasers are experienced buyers who will have put any funding requirements in place prior to the auction in anticipation of exchanging contracts on the day.
