Real Estate Investors Plc (REI) was floated in 2004 and is listed on the Alternative Investment Market. Bond Wolfe is one of the largest shareholders in REI Plc, which is a property investment company with interests in quality commercial property throughout the UK, but predominantly in the Midlands. The portfolio is diversified by property type and tenant with a mix of office, retail and some industrial assets.

Objective

The principle objective of the company is to acquire quality properties across the Midlands and Central England. The company intends to add value through active asset management, providing capital growth and attractive income yields. REI maintains a close professional relationship and benefits from its association with Bigwood Chartered Surveyors, Bond Wolfe and Paul Dubberley & Co.

Acquisition and Growth Strategy

• Cash acquisitions providing speed of deal and competitive terms, particularly for those deals not able to support sufficient or traditional funding;
• Purchase of vacant/part vacant, short leased, single and multi-let property throughout the Midlands, together with distressed property assets, providing high yield returns and capital enhancement via active asset management;
• To acquire value enhancing opportunities, institutional orphans and off market deals which are not readily available to the market;
• Portfolios made available through long-standing associations with a network of agents and relationships with estate agency businesses within the group.
