Bigwood are recognised as the only property auction house to be based in Birmingham city centre. The auction division offers for sale, property in the region of £100 million per annum. The directors and staff remain committed to supporting the client base which includes local and national government departments and agencies, corporate clients, financial institutions, charitable organisations and private individuals.

We are proud to be the appointed auctioneers for Birmingham City Council, Coventry City Council, Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council, Wolverhampton Borough Council, Walsall City Council and Stoke City Council and we are the only Auction House to have ever been appointed by all six of these Authorities at the same time.
