- BOND WOLFE ACQUIRE SUBWAY STORES Bond Wolfe acquires a controlling equity stake in the expanding Subway Stores Franchise throughout the Midlands. New units include the Food Court in Merry Hill and Birmingham City Centre.
- REI SELL HISTORIC PORTFOLIO Real Estate Investors Plc, the West Midlands based property group have unconditionally exchanged contracts to sell 87 Bank Street, Maidstone Kent from their historic portfolio for the sum of £725,000.
- REI SELL PUBLIC HOUSE SITE Real Estate Investors Plc, the West Midlands based property group sold the Red Lion Public House, Tividale for £375,000 with outline residential consent, having acquired it for £175,000 in November 2009.
- REI SNAPS UP PRIME COLMORE ROW SITE Real Estate Investors Plc., the West Midlands based property group confirm that on the 19th July 2010, it unconditionally exchanged contracts to acquire the property at 75-77 Colmore Row, Birmingham for £4.5 million in cash. The listed property is set over 5 floors and is fully let to Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP until 24th December 2013, producing annual rental income of approximately £400,000.
- DIRECTOR DEALINGS Real Estate Investors, the West Midlands based property group, announces that, following his appointment, yesterday, John Crabtree acquired 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, at a price of 6.5p per share. This represents 0.1 per cent. of the issued share capital of REI and is his total holding in the Company.

- LANDCHARD HOUSE FILLS UP The final tenant moves into the newly refurbished landmark West Bromwich building next week. West Bromwich African Caribbean Resource centre, a locally based registered charity, have taken 3000 square feet, which takes the building to full capacity. Other tenants including Shaw Trust, Multistory & The College of Central England moved into the 27,000 square feet building earlier this year.
